THE SUCCESSFUL ONLINE BIDDER WILL BE REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSE TO SIGN A STANDARD FORM PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND SUBMIT A $2,500 DEPOSIT.
